We're going to 100% use Joomla! as the CMS... with which we 're going
to be 'producing' websites for dozens (or more) other companies. We
need the person who wants to be playing with the php, and the joomla!
code

You don't have to be in CA... you can be anywhere...

You don't have to be an expert now - you'll have to be good in 3
wks ... and an expert in 3months. I figure 10hrs/wk max. Assuming
you've some skills.

As a trade ... I will offer to host your website/email for you. I've
TONS of space as I run a hosting company too. (No porn sites).

Let's see... 10 at my current rate of $75/hr is about $750 each week, or
about $3250/mo. What kind of hosting can you provide that's worth
that much? And why would I need that much?
