PHP+Javascript+ HTML+CSS+MySQL?

Some questions, notably design issues, just demand knowledge from all 5
categories....

A cross-post between alt.html and comp.lang.php might do it. alt.html
tends to cover not just HTML, but also CSS, and some server- and
client-side scripting.
