.htaccess error

I used .htaccess file for url rewriting.
Run with apache2 and php5 in windows.
At windows 2003 server It's OK, but File not Found Error in windowsXP and Linus.
So, How to i fix for that.
Please help Me!

You haven't given us much information to go on...Could you please elaborate a little?
To the best of my knowledge, Windows will not allow you to directly name a file .htaccess.
