ok which company did you buy it from, and what are the steps you were given to install it on your server

Check for the configuration manual with the script, if it is not available you can ask some assistance from the vendor, you have paid for them isn't it.?

What does ".... it is not coming ...." mean? Not uploaded? Not installed? Not configurable? WHAT?
