To work with PHP on a windows environment you can use IIS/PHP or Apache/PHP.
Since you have installed IIS for your machine you can go for configuration.H ere are some links for that.

But in this case you have to go for lots of configurations manually.
If you would like go for Apache. this link will helpfull for you.Not that much of configurations from the installation wizard you can configure it.
