    How to collect download user's details & email validation?

    hi...

    im designing a webpage section in my portal to facilitate free downloads. i wish to send download link via email. before sending the link i wnt to validate user email & collect download user details such ip, name & location.

    i also wnt to the download link to be of 1 time use and should be changing the download link everytime. (ex: gmail invitation url)

    its a service site, so u can help.

      It is faster and probably best to use Javascript to validate the email.
