I haven't seen one for MSN. Sometimes ago Mike Bradley had a php
code to send IM to AOL in his site. But, sadly his site is now down;
probably someone here might have that code.

Here you will find several solutions for different instant messaging
systems: MSN, Yahoo, ICQ, etc...
