Where can I the Printer extension

It thought it would be bundled with my Windows version pf Php 4.4.1, but
it is not.

I've searched for it and can't find it at php.net.

How do get a copy of php_printer.dll for Php4.4.1 for Windows?

Thanks. I hadn't been able to find that. Works like a charm, too (the
