installation problem on suse9.1

Dear all,

I have a problem to install php-4.3.6 from the tarball to a SuSE9.1
apache2 system.

compilation at all works fine. But if I like to do make install I got a
failure:

/etc/apach2/httpd2-prefork.conf not found


What does this mean?

Where could I found an example of this config file.
