Want to include RSS feeds on my web page

Hi!

I'm trying to design a web page where i want to include several news from different sources like CNN, BBC, etc. I know that i have to use their RSS feeds and that they are in XML format. I also know that i have to pass this info to HTML.

What i want to know:

1. How can i make this transition from XML to HTML?

2. I want to have full control of where the news are presented in my web page. How can i do this?
