My e-commerce sites over18.co.uk/shop and specialorders.c o.uk/shop will not connect to third party credit card processors protx.com.
I have other shops with other hosts that have exactly the same configuration that connect.
This message appears:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguratio n and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@over1 8.co.uk and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

If I click back and refresh the following message appears:
Notice: Undefined index: country in /home/sites/over18.co.uk/public_html/shop/routines/orderOperations .php on line 280
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/sites/over18.co.uk/public_html/shop/routines/orderOperations .php:280) in /home/sites/over18.co.uk/public_html/shop/routines/general.php on line 312
If I then click back and refresh it connects to Protx and enters the correct information, ie Value and Address.
If you have chance to try the shop, you can add the only item on the store here http://www.over18.co.u k/shop/product.php?xPr od=2
I have contcted protx and they say it is a problem with the information being sent to them.
I wondering if there is a time out problem. My site doesn't have an ini.php file, so I'm not sure where to look.
