Designing a shopping cart

I have to implement a shopping cart and I have to do it very soon.
If anyone has prepared one plz send me.I can do further modifications.

There are hundreds of shopping carts available on the web. My choice would be to have a look in the e-commerce group of PHP classes at phpclasses.org: e-commerce classes

in that group the next shopping cart classes are the top 2 chosen by members of phpclasses.org:

your choice will of course depend on a number of things, such as: using Ajax, what database, payment options, etc. So I advise you to have a look at those ready-to-use shopping cart classes.
