php + apache2 production site

How come on the PHP site under the instructions for configuring PHP with
Apache 2

http://ca2.php.net/install.apache2

it says , in somewhat stinted English...

" Do not use Apache 2.0 and PHP in a production environment neither on
Unix nor on Windows."

But does not explain why ..
can anyone clarify...
