Hi All,
is there any possibility to get php-mail() working without recompile
php? Im using PHP4.3.3 on a solaris 5.8 box and compiled php without
installed sendmail. Now sendmail is in use but php doesn't notice it...
Trying to recompile PHP I`m getting this error-message:
-----------------
yacc /usr/local/src/php-4.3.3/ext/standard/parsedate.y
"/usr/local/src/php-4.3.3/ext/standard/parsedate.y", line 154: fatal:
invalid escape, or illegal reserved word: expect
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target
`/usr/local/src/php-4.3.3/ext/standard/parsedate.c
-----------------
Is there any other way to build in the mail()-function?
THX
