Meeting Scheduler

Hi,

Does anyone knows a simple webbased meeting scheduler? The features
should be:
* you don't need to register
* easily select some dates
* add some persons who get a mail
* Those persons can click on a link and give their availability/

I want to implent it on my own site, so i'm not looking for a
online-service, but a webbased app i can install myself
