    PHP Certification

A post about Zend certification for PHP made me think that I ought to
get certified in php. What certification tests do you suggest that will
get me something that I can use to show that I have PHP skill? I only
    want online ones though.

    Thanks,
    Michael

You could try brainbench.com - I have a PHP master certification via
brainbench that helped land me the job I have now. Check it out for
    yourself before you commit, though.

I have that too, but the Zend cert is the one that I have been contacted
because of. Not sure how much weight it carries in the industry. I guess
it all depends on the person reading the resume and their familiarity
      with BrainBench.

What other certifications might be of use in the (X) HTML, CSS, PHP,
        Linux with Apache Administration fields?

Having had steady employment for the past 15 years, I've not kept up
with any certifications and was unaware of any for PHP. I plan on
retirement in about four years and may consider doing some contract
work using skills I have developed over the years. On a "for hire"
page, which certifications would pull most weight?
