MetaMind Seeks Your help - Let's make some intelligent agents

    The MetaMind ( http://metamind.us ) is a new kind
of search engine which lets you enter links directly.
You can easily extract links from files on your computer or
web pages on the net. You can then select the ones you want
to add by word or url.

Every link in the MetaMind database has an owner identified
with it. Each link can also have category and project identifiers.
When you send e-mail from the MetaMind it can easily be published on
the WWW and a link automatically entered into the MetaMind so you
and others can find your email.

The MetaMind introduces several new technologies. When
you install the MetaMind on your server (PHP required)
it will save uploaded or archived files to your server
and put a link into the MetaMind database at http://metamind.us
It will do this even if you are logged into the MetaMind from
    another installed location!

You can even operate the MetaMind from your computer's
hard drive, without installing anything, because it is
a combination of about 100 javascript and HTML files.

The MetaMind creates MetaPages which allow you to
easily archive, recommend, bookmark or show all
the images or links. You can also translate and perform
searches on the page simply by highlighting a word or
phrase. When you do this a search box pops up with
the highlighted words filled into the search text field.
Then you can select one of over 20 popular search engines
    to search for that text.

The MetaMind is an "open data" search engine. Everything
you do is recorded, unless you choose the "Privacy" mode,
and shared as public domain data.

The MetaMind is planning to create intelligent agents.
We are seeking programmers who want to work with the
data to create intelligent recommendations on a user-specific
    basis.
