    PHP to cold fusion Converter?

Is there a program, script or other tool for converting cold fusion into
    PHP?

After googling for quite some time and not finding a solution, I am
beginning to think that there is no magic bullet.

We have site that was developed for our company in cold fusion (at great
cost by an "independen t" developer). The administration refuses to pour
more money down the rat hole.

The truth be told that is what I knew to be true. But, hope springs eternal.

We build custom translation tools between pairs of langauges.
We have extremely strong base technology, and many
langauges defined, allowing us to concentrate on building
the translation itself. We already have PHP, and
have XML (a close relative of ColdFusion)
            and SQL (used in ColdFusion).

Having worked with both extensively (PHP is clearly superior), any converter
would probably only get you part way there and the code generated would need
              heavy massaging.

"Management " traditionally can't possibly understand why switching
technologies would be beneficial to the bottom line.

              Good luck.
