    manual download

    I can't find PHP manual suitable for downloading on php.net. On
    http://www.php.net/docs.php there's a link to
    http://www.php.net/download-docs.php, and I just don't see an English
    version there... Where do I find it?

              heh... I guess I can see someone missing those since it almost looks
              like a header row.... ;)
