I'm looking for a PHP script in order to manage a Newsletter. I need the
equivalent of "phpMyNewslette r"(*) but PHP v4.3.x compliant.

(*): A mail should be send to the subscriber in order to confirm his
subscription, he must have to click on a specific url before beeing
added in the database (this should avoid any "forced" subscription just
using a form).
