Disposition-notification-to: is the entry that gives the receiver "The sender has...
'return receipt requested...' box" I've added it as part of the $header and that messes up
the formating of my email - as in it removes all CR's and runs everything into one long
wrapping line. I'm sure there are instruction "out there" but %%@# if I can find'em.
