Yes, you made the column where this string is inserted in UNIQUE too, and it
already contained that value.
Check your tabledefinition , constraints and such.

The table consist of timestamp, file, level, ip, naam , ID


Where ID is an autoincrement, unique key.
Someone has an idea what going wrong?
