Zend and PHP with MySQLi Please help

Ok

Im running PHP 5.0.3 and Zend 4.0.1.

I have loaded the php_mysqli.dll into zend and I keep getting this error:

Cannot find: php_mysqli.dll

The paths are correct. Permissions are correct.

What the hell is going on?

Im on Windows XP.
