how to unzip with option of ecluding directories in perl

    Hi,

i am having problem in doign the following
I havea code snippet which unzips a zip file.
it unzips all contents of the zip file
i want to omit unzipping of certian folders which i might not need.
how can i do it .
I have been using Zip::Extract perl module for achieving funtionality of unzip.

I want a perl module that can be used to achieve all functionalities of Unzip command switches.

unzip command provides a switch -x which can be used to exclude folders that is in the zip file from unzipping.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Where did you got Zip::Extract? I cannot find such module on CPAN.

You can use Archive::Zip. IMHO it can replicate almost all functionality of unzip.

I think they meant to put Archive::Extrac t, not Zip::Extract.
