mac to ip

i got the mac address table from a switch using a perl script .using that mac address can i get relevant ip address.is there any way to do that.

does anyone have idea about my question.pls reply me.using arp table i tried to do that but in arp table only cached ips are displayed.not all the ips related to the all the macs
