parsing help

Hi,
The data im trying to parse looks like this

Moye, Malina 2004 Billboard Music Awards, The (2004) (TV) [Herself]
G-Phoria 2004 (2004) (TV) [Herself]
Simpatico (1999) [Receptionist] <25>
Strat Masters: The Greatest Guitar Story Ever Told (2007) (V) [Herself]
"Emeril Live" (1997) {A Taste of Abruzzi} [Herself]
"Emeril Live" (1997) {Fast Food (#10.12)} [Herself]
"Gregory Hines Show, The" (1997) {Sister-in-Law, Sister-in-Law (#1.19)} [Charlene]
"Showcase Minnesota" (2007) [Herself (2007) musical guest]
"Weekends at the DL" (2005) {(#1.25)} [Herself]

What i need to do is to remove the years and the extra stuff . I need to get this in aformat where there is the actress name tab and the movie name..
