i wonna start learning how to create gui.
can anybody recommend me any good learning material for beginers in this topic, preferably tutorials.

If you are using Windows then check out the Win32::GUI module on CPAN. You might also look at Wx which is an interface to the wxWidgets cross-platform GUI toolkit. Then there is always Google.
