ocj4 configuration issue

i have installed oracl11gr2 64bit in my redhat on vmware
i got a error when i fired a command(emctl start dbconsole)
"OC4J Configuration issue. /oraeng/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/oc4j/j2ee/OC4J_DBConsole_ localhost.local domain_testdbh not found."
testdbh is my database name

Is this a valid path for your computer

/oraeng/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/oc4j/j2ee/OC4J_DBConsole_ localhost.local domain_testdbh

do you have such file?

If not do you have an files in the directory which names are similar to the one given above?
