How to join 2 tables A and B one field(x) is common in both?

Two table ADR and EPIC, IDCARD is common in both the tables.
I want to update those IDCARD in ADR to ADR.LOCALITY='A MPATI' in which EPIC.PART=18 and EPIC.SECTION=1, how do i do that?
