Does anyone have Oracle Install Media for AIX. Oracle Version 7.1.4

I need to be able to run orainst on a AIX 3.2.5.0 Server.

I nolonger have the install media. Can any one provide this software to me. My Oracle installation has been corrupted and need to be rebuilt.
