how to do a realtimeproject

THANK U FIRST OFALL.what i mean is that i want to do a project so that i can get some exp.i have learnt pl/sql,d2k,unix shell scripting.are there any sites which allow me to find a project,so that i can do by myself.i came to know that in institutes they r giving the project(academi c) but i cannot be kept in resume.simply i want a real time project which i can keep in my resume.my mail id is <removed>.PLEAS E HELP ME
