Integration of two databases into one Database

Hi,

We have two Oracle 9i database in two different locations. I want to integrate one of the schema which has the same logical structure with each other.Both side same object exists & only the data is the difference. One of the database size is 350 GB & another is 300 GB. The new database will be in Oracle 10g. What is the best approach to merge these two database to a single database?
