Impact on Oracle8i (when upgrading HP Ux 11.0 to 11i)

I am looking for detail information on how can these 2 different
versions of unix with same Oracle version can impact Pro*C programs, C
programs, shell scripts, PL/SQL programs and is there a way to resolve
these issues. What are the possible issues I may face if a Proc or a C
program compiled in version 11i is used in OS version 11.0?
