    TNSLSNR.exe - Application Error

    When trying to access Oracle (v9.2 on Win2k) via SQL Plus I get the following error:

    The Instruction at "0x61915790 " referenced memory at "0x00000578 " . The
    memory cannot be read.

    Any ideas on how to repair ?
