d2k installation

hi all,

my problem is while installing developer 2000 with oracle 8i
error message is showing ora-03121 driverinterface not found.
plz help me out.

Dev/2000 is aged - it uses the SQL*Net V2 network stack.

Introduce tns_admin in your environment, or copy your working
tnsnames.ora to the dev2k environment.
