Developer 2000 v 4.5 in windows 2000

Dear all,

I have an application running in devloper v 4.5 running in windows 95 with
oracle 8i client in all the client systems.
I would like the change the operating system to windows 2000. Is that
possible, if so what are the changes/steps to install it in windows 2000.
