Unknown Query Engine error

When i try to attach my Stored proc in crystal report i am getting "Unknown Query Engine error"
Pls help me in this.
I checked wether the database connection is correct in toad and in Crystal reports.
But still i am getting this

Is your stored Proc compiled and VALID?
