Oracle 10g error

Please help me out in this .
I am able to execute in PL/SQL and Crystal Reports.
But when attaching i am getting this error.

"An error -2147189166, Failed to open a rowset. Details: HY000:[Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-06550: line 1, column 41: PLS-00363: expression ' NULL' cannot be used as an assignment target ORA-06550: line 1, column 7: PL/SQL: Statement ignored has occurred on the server in attempting to read data in the PVNEWDEV. The source file is Crystal Reports ActiveX Designer."

Can you please post the PLSQL code that your report is using for reference?
