stored procedure that can fetch Hierarchical data from a table

Hi All,

I want to write a stored procedure that can fetch Hierarchical data from a table

I will be passing Employee Name and I want to fetch his seniors employees and his junior employees

Tried with Connect by but didn get expected result .

Can any one help in this regard .

M new to stored procedure and Oracle

Yes you can use the CONNECT BY statement for Oracle. It is very easy to do so. Do you have any table structure of your own so that I can help you.
