Dedicated Server Web/DNS Configuration

Good evening,

I have a Dedicated Server in a data center with 4 IP:

IP 1: 111.111.111
IP 2: 222.222.222
IP 3: 333.333.333
IP 4: 444.444.444

OS : Linux CentOS 5
SOFT: WHM, cPanel, BIND

*NOTE: All softwares and OS are already installed but never touched, i see the "Web Host Manager 11.30.4.6 - LICENSE AGREEMENT" when sign in with this IP: https://111.111.111:208 7/ (WHM 11.30)

And i have this domain names:

mycompany.com <-- The home page of my company.
mycompany-servers.net <-- used for prefix (ns1, ns2..)

I already add some prefix like that:

ns1.mycompany-server.net = 111.111.111
ns2.mycompany-server.net = 222.222.222
dns-server1.mycompa ny-server.net = 333.333.333
dns-server2.mycompa ny-server.net = 444.444.444

mycompany.com = 111.111.111
mycompany-server.net = 111.111.111

So, i want configure this server with your help as an WEB SERVER and DNS SERVER.

WEB SERVER:
So, when some one visit mycompany.com, and buy a hosting plan, after creating an new cPanel account in WHM, i want giving to the customer NS like bellow:

ns1.mycompany-server.net
ns1.mycompany-server.net

So the customer point his domain name to this prefix.

DNS SERVER:

I want be a re-vendor of an TLD with the registrar, and this registrar tell me that i need two DNS SERVER to store TLD that i sell to my customers and link my DNS SERVERS with there server.

I want giving to the registrar two prefix, dns-server1.mycompa ny-server.net and dns-server2.mycompa ny-server.net.

So, when i sell a domain to an customer, an php page add new domain (zone) to the BIND by API.

Questions:

1) Is there a security problems when using a DNS SERVER/WEB SERVER in one physical server ? problems when open ports maybe!

2) When i configure the Server for the first time use, i set only "ns1.mycomp any-server.net" and "ns2.mycomp any-server.net", and after finish, i add simply two new zone "dns-server1.mycompa ny-server.net" and "dns-server1.mycompa ny-server.net", that mean WHM/BIND are configured with NS1/NS2 only, is that a problem ?

3) Is REALLY important to tell the data center to RDNS of NS1,NS2,DNS1,DN S2 and wait 48h before starting configuring the server ?

I never touch the server, i wait your answers first ;)

I would suggest doing everything through the WHM. SO far from what you described you only have one box. So you could only have one DNS as far as I know. So you will not be able to use ns2 with a different ip if is just pointing back to your box. If you have a different box as a secondary for the dns then thats when it is useful.
