How to reset TeraStation Pro password?

My senior giving me 1 Tera Station Pro before he left from the company. But this Tera Station is already configured with a password. I try to reset to default factory setting according from manual but failed(using reset button). How can I reset the password ?

My senior is the Administrator of company ,he said also forgot the password,i try to hard reset(reset Switch) but also fail,any other solution ?
