how to get ping reply from other server?

we are using net from MTNL service provider,
when i ping other service provider IP it's not giving reply
is this relay possible to get ping reply from other network provider?

click on start-run....type "cmd" click on ok

then type ping google.com

It depends on what kind of device you are trying to ping. More and more often companies and private persons are disabling IMCP ping replies on their routers for security reasons

Another thing you could try is if you are on a windows computer. Go to run, type CMD, then in the command prompt window type the command tracert and the ip address of the device you are trying to ping. This will tell you where the ping reply stops.
