How to connect client PC over internet and invoke windows service

I want to invoke client machine Windows Service over internet from WebServer .
I have kept the client credential :( IP , Machine Name and Windows Service Name) so how can we invoke the service ?

I don't understand what you're doing - are you attempting to access a service over the web? Are you attempting to RDP to another device on the network?
