i want a good team name and logo for a webapplication project?

I am developing a web application project for governent oriented.the site basically stores the information of a place and problems faced by the people present there.After that it will forward those problems to government officers.It also maintains the status of funds released for every year and progress with the amount.it also maintains the welfare activities conducted in the place.
