SNMPv3: Getting error as unknown user

hi all,
can anyone help me,
when i am connecting agent (OS vxworks) and trying to get values from agent it is giving as Unknown user (through MGSOFT mib browser and SNMPc Manager for SNMPv3). Can anyone suggest me? Why i am gettig this problem.

There are other people on this forum who know more about SNMP than I, but as just a cursory initial check - did you make sure that the string the server is expecting and the one that MS is sending are the same?
