changing windows program to android

You mean Android tablet not "Android iPad", right? Well you would have to develop the whole thing again from scratch on the Android platform.

yah... tablet boss.. :-) so i have to develop all.. whole program and from android tab through lan it it will conect to sqlserver also ....?

Well not all. Just the frontend. You can expose webservices on the windows program and call the functionality from the android client.
