Want to Convert .aspx file to .html file

Our company outsourced a web project which was built in .net
but now we need to bring it in house, and since I don't know .net, I need to convert to to html. how would I go about this?

If there's any sort of server side code in those pages, then you can't convert it without losing the functionality. If there is no server side code, then just change the extension to .html.
