How to allow only numeric Values with(-ve and +ve) in textbox?

I have a textbox in my user control in wpf application.
so i want to accept only numbers either +ve or -ve.
I want help for this please help me out.

Hi, why don't you replace the TextBox with NumericUpDown. More easier more flexible.
