How to suppress the message "Open ‘Read-Only’ or, click ‘Notify’ to open...."

My Excel Application (Office 2003) is placed on the Windows 2003 Server. Clients access this excel file connecting through Remote Desktop Connection or Citrix. Excel application opens fine for the first client. However if second client try to open the same file while first client has already opened the file then following message (attached printshot) appears to the second client. Please note that this Excel file is opening programmaticall y using Process.Start(“ Excel.exe”,”Myf ilePath”).

Is there any way to suppress this message? Same is the case with the MSWord document.

I have never seen this box before.
You could look to see if excel has any command line arguments for it
