Getting list of all Active Directory Group names and corresponding SIDs form differen

Hi,

If I am in domain ABC and I want to get all ADGroup names of a different domain XYZ,Is it possible? When I am running codes I can get ADGroup information for the domain I belong to.But not for other domain.Can you guys please help me on this.Expecting some examples.
